Homework
Every Friday, our homework is put onto Google Classroom.

It will be Times Table Rock Stars, Reading, Spelling and one other piece that is relevant to our learning.I will not set homework for over any holidays.
Times Table Rock Stars: All children have a log-in sticker in their reading record. All tables are set at 2x, 5x, 10x to start. This will be increased when appropriate by Mrs Cannock. Weekly certificates are given in Friday's celebration assembly.
Spelling: All children will have their personal spelling knowledge assessed on a programme called Spellzone. The programme will set spelling tasks at their level and again, a login sticker will be in your child's reading folder. There will be no other spellings sent home, although we will be working on them in context at school.

Reading: We love to hear about your child's reading, so please write it all in their record, it will count towards their 3 x weekly target. For example; if they read their school book 3 times and then 3 chapters of another book at home, that is 6 x reading! Brilliant!
